I am Anandi Krishnan, the Procure to Pay Global Delivery Lead at ABB, bringing 23 years of strategic and results-driven experience in overseeing P2P Invoice to Pay services. I lead a diverse team of finance professionals in a fast-paced global environment, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of finance and accounting operations, including invoice processing, payments, and reporting.

Before joining ABB as Delivery Lead, I spent 17 years at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, where I managed procure to pay, travel and expense, asset accounting, and payroll functions. This extensive background has provided me with valuable exposure to Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in finance processes.

I played a key role in transitioning and centralizing the invoice-to-pay operations for ABB in Bangalore and we have successfully rolled out the Central Finance (CFIN) initiative for global payment processing. Currently, we are focused on implementing a unified global cloud solution with AI capabilities for streamlined invoice processing.
