Vedica was born out of a personal truth I couldn't unsee: dignity and dependence don't go hand in hand.
Too many women - bright, talented, ambitious - are still dependent on someone else to live their lives on their terms. The only way I knew to give women dignity was to make them financially independent, and to equip them to lead break-free careers - careers that don't follow rules written for someone else.
Our higher education institutions seem to teach young women how to get jobs - but not how to keep them. Vedica is changing that. Our credo is #dontquit. Assured placements promise a fitting start - and months of transformative personal growth - ensure a successful navigation of future workplaces.
